This project showcases a residential house 3d visualization modeled in SketchUp and rendered in Lumion to achieve a realistic and detailed visual presentation.

Our goal was to bring the client’s architectural vision to life — from structural proportions and material textures to lighting and environmental design. Using precise 3D modeling in SketchUp, we created a complete digital representation of the building, ensuring accuracy and scale. The model was then enhanced in Lumion with high-quality materials, natural lighting, and landscape details to produce photorealistic renders that help visualize the final result before construction begins.

This 3D model serves as a valuable tool for project planning, material selection, and client presentation, giving a clear view of how design choices translate into real-world aesthetics.
